Free Shopify Store Analyzer: Find What's Costing You Sales

Most Shopify store owners know their store could convert better. What they don't know is where the leaks are: the product page, the checkout setup, a slow homepage, a missing sign-up form, or a policy page nobody can find.

That's why I built the free Shopify Store Analyzer. Enter your store's address, wait about 30 seconds, and get a score out of 100 plus the fixes worth making first. No account, no install, no access to your store.

Scan your store now

Free, takes about 30 seconds, and works on any Shopify storefront.

What the Analyzer Checks

The scan looks at the same things a first-time visitor runs into, across eight areas:

⚡ Speed

Google's mobile speed test, plus how fast your store responds and how many scripts your apps add to the homepage.

📦 Product Page

Photos, description, add-to-cart, reviews, shipping and returns info, size guide and product data for Google.

🏠 Homepage

A clear headline, an obvious next step, social proof, image descriptions and mobile layout.

🛒 Cart & Checkout Setup

Express checkout like Shop Pay, pay-later options, visible shipping offers and payment icons.

✉️ Email & SMS Sign-ups

Whether you have a sign-up form, an email tool like Klaviyo, a reason to subscribe and a popup.

🛡️ Trust & Policies

Refund, shipping, privacy and terms pages, contact and About pages, guarantees and social links.

🔍 Search Basics

Page title, search description, share image, sitemap and a secure connection.

📈 Tracking

Whether analytics, ad pixels and heatmap tools are detected on your store.

What You Get

How to Read Your Score

A score is a prompt to look, not a verdict. A store can do something well in a way the scan doesn't recognize, so treat each finding as "worth checking" rather than "definitely broken".

What the Analyzer Can't Tell You

It only sees what a visitor sees. It can't see your sales, your conversion rate, abandoned carts or your real checkout, and it scans the homepage and one sample product, not your whole store. Some tools, like ad pixels added through Shopify sales channels or a cookie banner, can also be invisible to a public scan, which is why those are reported as "not detected" instead of "missing".

For the full picture you need your store's own numbers: where shoppers drop off, which products sell, and which channels pay back. That's where a hands-on review of your store comes in.

Where Most Stores Lose Sales

These are the areas I most often see worth fixing first:

  1. Reviews on the product page. Without them, new buyers have little reason to trust a brand they've never heard of.
  2. Shipping and returns shown before checkout. Surprise costs and unclear policies are a common reason people leave.
  3. Express checkout. Shop Pay and similar buttons shorten the path to paying.
  4. An email sign-up with a real reason to join. "Subscribe to our newsletter" alone rarely gets people to sign up.
  5. Page speed. Apps you no longer use are a frequent cause of slow stores.

Want Help Fixing What It Finds?

The analyzer tells you what to fix. If you'd rather not spend your time on it, I can handle the fixes: theme updates, product page improvements, sign-up forms, policy pages and more. Run the scan first, then send me your report and we'll go through it together.
